Plans & Specifications are available at Harris Construction for your review. Bid documents will be placed in The Builders Exchange and can also be viewed and/or downloaded from this site. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. NOTE: Performance and Payment bonds may be required if bid amount is greater than $150,000 and for all subcontractors involved with the exterior envelope of the building. The bond must be from a company rated "A VII" or above by AM Best. The cost of the bond must be included in your bid. DVBE Subcontractors & Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals. The work to be performed consists of: General Conditions, temporary facilities, site preparation, demolition, on-site utilities, precast architectural concrete, concrete, steel, masonry, metals, casework, thermal and moisture protection, doors and windows, hardware, finishes, detention equipment, building equipment, building specialties, furnishings, elevators, special detention construction, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, fire alarm, CCTV surveillance, telecommunications, energy management system, tunnel to existing North Annex Jail, extension of utilities from existing Central Plant and upgrades of existing Central Plant.
