Harris Construction Co., Inc. will be bidding the Los Banos Elementary School (Leaseback) Project and invites you to submit a subcontractor bid for this project. Work consists of all subcontractor trades. Bid documents will be placed in The Fresno Builders Exchange and can also be viewed and/or downloaded from this site. The plans and specifications are DSA approved. This projects bid date is January 30, 2019 at 2:00 PM and will consist of Building 100 (Admin), Building 200 (Multi-Use), Building 300 (Classroom), Building 400 (Classroom), Building 500 (Classroom), Building 600 (Kinder). There is a parking lot, site concrete, utilities, and other typical items for a new Elementary School. A Mandatory Job Walk is scheduled for January 9, 2019 at 2 pm. Location will be at the Los Banos District Office located at 1717 S. 11th St, Los Banos Ca. Discussion will include the project overview, schedule, MEP Pre-Qualification, AB566 Skilled and Trained Workforce and more. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. There is a 3% DVBE Requirement. Pursuant to Labor Code sections 1725.5 and 1771.1, all contractors and subcontractors that wish to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, or enter into a contract to perform public work must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. No bid will be accepted nor any contract entered into without proof of the contractor’s and subcontractors’ current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations to perform public work. If awarded a Contract, the Bidder and its subcontractors, of any tier, shall maintain active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations for the duration of the Project. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder’s sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid. This project is subject to AB566 regulations.

Harris Construction Co., Inc. is the Lease/Leaseback contractor for this project and invites you to submit a bid. Work includes all trades. PRE-BID JOB WALKS WILL BE SCHEDULED AND A NOTIFICATION WILL BE SENT. While not mandatory, bidders are encouraged to attend to see the job-site conditions. This project includes site-work and classroom modifications. Bid documents can be viewed and downloaded from this site. You can also check with your local plan room. The project Schedule and Trade Summary of Work will be posted soon. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Madera Health & Social Services Campus TENANT IMPROVEMENT(Rebid) - Madera, CA 93639 - Bids Due: 11/15/2018 02:00 PM
Harris Construction Co., Inc. will be bidding the Madera Health & Social Services Campus Tenant Improvement REBID project and invites you to submit a bid for this project. Work consists of all subcontractor trades except Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Sprinklers. CD's are available now on a first come basis. Bid documents can be viewed and/or downloaded from this site. Addendum #1 will be issued on or about July 26th. This addendum will clarify any work shown on the plans that is currently covered in the Core & Shell package. The bid documents to use for the Tenant Improvement rebid is called "Request No. 01-B Revised Bid Docs For TI Rebid". Use the original TI Plans and Specifications for all Division 1 thru 28 requirements. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. NOTE: Performance and Payment bonds may be required if bid amount is greater than $150,000 and for all subcontractors involved with the exterior envelope of the building. The bond must be from a company rated "A VII" or above by AM Best. The cost of the bond must be included in your bid. All contractors utilizing carpenters, cement masons, or laborers must be signatory to the union or sign a one-time agreement. Please provide your Contractors License Number and your CA DIR Pubic Works Registration Number with your proposal. PER SENATE BILL 854 ALL SUBCONTRATORS MUST REGISTER WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA PRIOR TO BIDDING ON A PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT.
