Harris Construction Co., Inc. has been selected as the LLB Contractor for the Caruthers Elementary School Portables and Ballfields Project and invites you to submit a bid for this project. Work consists of all subcontractor trades (See Description Below). Bid documents will be placed in The Central Valley Builders Exchange in Fresno and can also be viewed and/or downloaded from this site. This Project includes 5 Parts: 1. Caruthers ES 4 Portables: Consists of the installation of 4 Refurbished Portables on the Caruthers ES Campus. Work includes but is not limited to: Survey, Demolition, Earthwork, Concrete, Rebar, Landscape & Irrigation, Fencing, Signage, Rough Carpentry, Casework, Flooring, Toilet Accessories, Plumbing, Site Utilities, Drywall, Tackboard. Electrical, FA & LV 2. Caruthers ES Music Portable: Consists of the Installation of 1 60x40 Portable Bldg. and associated site work. Work includes but is not limited to: Survey, Demolition, Earthwork, Fencing, Concrete, Rebar, Site Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation, Electrical, FA & LV. 3. Caruthers ES 3 Restroom Portables: Consists of the installation of 3 Restroom Portables and associated site work. Work includes but is not limited to: Survey, Demolition, Earthwork, Fencing, Concrete, Rebar, Site Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation, Electrical, FA & LV. 4. Caruthers High School Testing Portable: Consists of the Installation of 1 60x40 Portable Bldg. and associated site work including the installation of a new fire Hydrant and Fire Access Road. Work includes but is not limited to: Survey, Demolition, Earthwork, Paving, Fencing, Concrete, Rebar, Site Utilities, Landscaping & Irrigation, Electrical, FA & LV. 5. Caruthers ES Ballfields: Consists of the removal of Existing Backstops and the construction of 1 New Baseball Field and 1 New Softball Fields. Work includes but is not limited to: Survey, Earthwork, Demolition, Concrete, Rebar, Fencing, Landscape, Irrigation & Play Equipment. Bid Date: 02/27/2018 at 2pm Job Walk Dates: 02/13/2018 & 02/20/2018 at 10am All Job walks will be held at Caruthers Elementary School we will meet by the Gate immediately outside of the main office. This is a Mandatory job walk for Earthwork, Demo. & Electrical Contractors only. All Sub-Contractors Bidding this project must be able to comply with AB566 and all associated State of CA Skilled and Trained Workforce Regulations. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. NOTE: Performance and Payment bonds may be required if bid amount is greater than $150,000 and for all subcontractors involved with the exterior envelope of the building. The bond must be from a company rated "A VII" or above by AM Best. The cost of the bond must be included in your bid. Please provide your Contractors License Number and your CA DIR Pubic Works Registration Number with your proposal. PER SENATE BILL 854 ALL SUBCONTRATORS MUST REGISTER WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA PRIOR TO BIDDING ON A PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT. Harris Construction Co., Inc. will be bidding the Matilda Torres High School Project and invites you to submit a subcontractor bid for this project. Work consists of all subcontractor trades. Bid documents will be placed in The Fresno Builders Exchange and can also be viewed and/or downloaded from this site. This project will be split into 2 Bid Groups, Bid Group 1, which will bid on February 21, 2018 at 2:00PM, will consist of all Offsite Work, all Onsite Utilities, Earthwork, Paving & Demolition. In addition to this, the work shall include the Structural Steel, Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, Mechanical and Plumbing for Bldgs A, F & K ONLY. All remaining portions of work will bid on March 22nd, 2018 at 2:00PM and will be considered Bid Group 2. This should include the remaining portions of the onsite work, the remaining portions of Bldgs A, K & F, as well as all of Bldgs, B, C, D, E, G, H & J and all onsite, offsite & Bldg. Electrical. A Subcontractor, Supplier & Vendor Outreach & Informational Event will be held in the Cafeteria at Nishimoto Elementary School on January 31st, 2018 at 4pm. Pre-Qualification applications need to be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "MEP Prequalification Application, New High School 2016, Attention: Rosalind Cox." No bid will be accepted nor any contract entered into without proof of the contractor’s and subcontractors’ current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations to perform public work. If awarded a Contract, the Bidder and its subcontractors, of any tier, shall maintain active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations for the duration of the Project. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder’s sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid. Harris Construction Co., Inc. will be bidding the Reedley Middle College High School and invites you to submit a bid for this project. Work consists of the following; Three buildings, A two story, 19,946 square foot, type IIB construction, fire sprinklered, mixed occupancy, high school building. A one story, 200 square foot, concession building of type IIB construction, fire sprinklered, B occupancy, an accessory to the high school building. A one story, 995 square foot shade structure of type IIB construction, fire sprinklered, A-3 occupancy, an accessory to the high school building. Construction also consists of site development, extension of existing on site utilities and off site utilities. This Bid requires General Contractor comply with the California Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises program requirements. We are requesting bids from all qualified DVBE business enterprises. Respondents and MEP subcontractors must have submitted their prequalification application no later than ten (10) business days before the due date for proposals or have been prequalified for at least five (5) business days before the due date for Proposals. Proposals will not be accepted from any Respondent to this RFP who has not complied with these requirements.
