Harris Construction Co., Inc. will be bidding the Sanger Educational Complex Project and invites you to submit a subcontractor bid for this project. Work consists of all subcontractor trades. Bid documents will be placed in The Fresno Builders Exchange and can also be viewed and/or downloaded from this site. The plans and specifications are DSA approved. This projects bid date is (TBD) but will bid late August, 2018 at 2:00 PM and will consist of all Offsite Work including PG&E Rule 20, Utility Work per The Fresno Metropolitan Flood Control District, Road Work, all Onsite Utilities, Earthwork, Paving & Demolition. Building work will consist of Building A (Administration/Academic), B (Multi-Purpose), C (Gym/Shower/Locker), D (Maintenance). A Subcontractor, Supplier & Vendor Outreach & Informational Event will be held. The date is TBD. Discussion will include the project overview, schedule, MEP Pre-Qualification, AB566 Skilled and Trained Workforce and more. Job walk Dates (Non-Mandatory) are TBD. The Job walks will be held at the Harris Construction Corporate Office located at 5286 E. Home Ave Fresno, CA 93727. A positive response to this Invitation will insure that you will be notified of all Addenda. Please check this site on a regular basis to see if any changes have been made. DVBE Subcontractors & Vendors are encouraged to submit proposals. Pursuant to Labor Code sections 1725.5 and 1771.1, all contractors and subcontractors that wish to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, or enter into a contract to perform public work must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations. No bid will be accepted nor any contract entered into without proof of the contractor’s and subcontractors’ current registration with the Department of Industrial Relations to perform public work. If awarded a Contract, the Bidder and its subcontractors, of any tier, shall maintain active registration with the Department of Industrial Relations for the duration of the Project. This Project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. In bidding on this project, it shall be the Bidder’s sole responsibility to evaluate and include the cost of complying with all labor compliance requirements under this contract and applicable law in its bid.
